PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate separation of a heater from a heater in which a sheathed heater is embedded. SOLUTION: A sheathed heater 13 is embedded in a heater 10 so as to make it partially exposed, and holes 14 are formed from both sides of the heater 10 that covers the sheathed heater 13 to the sheathed heater 13.
