PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making gummy confectionery to the surface of which granules for eliminating its tackiness are firmly attached in such a way as not to fall off even when affected by circumferential temperature/humidity change. SOLUTION: The method for making gummy confectionery 100 to the surface of which granules are firmly attached, comprises the flowing process: molding gummy material 10 containing a glycocomponent and gelatinizer, applying transglutaminase 30 on the surface of the molded gummy material followed by making the granules 20 adhere to the thus treated surface. The gummy confectionery 100 made by this method is such that granules 20 are firmly attached to its surface so as to be difficult to fall off from the surface even when being affected by friction as well as temperature/humidity change.
