PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a polyphase emulsion capsule by which the polyphase emulsion capsule having high encapsulating ratio and excellent emulsion stability is easily obtained without breaking the capsule and which is made small-sized and has excellent handleability. SOLUTION: A raw material liquid to form a water phase or an oil phase is charged in an inner water phase vessel 1, an oil phase vessel 2 and an outer water phase vessel 3 and the vessels are fitted respectively to vessel fitting parts 25, 26 and 27. The inner water phase vessel 1 and the oil phase vessel 2 are connected through a feed pipe 6, and the oil phase vessel 2 and the outer water phase vessel 3 are connected through a feed pipe 7. A pipe 5 for introducing compressed air is connected to the inner water phase vessel 1. The water phase in the inner water phase vessel 1 is transferred to the oil phase in the oil phase vessel 2 by the introduction of the compressed air and is stirred and mixed by the bubbling action of a gas in the liquid. |
