PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel zinc finger protein (EZI) and the gene thereof. SOLUTION: The novel gene mouse EZI derived by OSM is identified or isolated by the cDNA subtraction method using the cell strain LO originating from the AGM region and a human-homologue gene of the gene is obtained. Consequently, novel zinc finger protein human EZI, the human EZI gene encoding the protein, the recombinant vector including the gene, the transformant including the recombinant vector and a method of producing the human EZI protein are provided. |
