PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole stimulator in which improvement in the circulation of blood or recovery from fatigue can be attained by easily stimulating the sole of a foot only by placing the sole of the foot thereon and both the feet can be separately moved during use, and which is convenient for carrying. SOLUTION: The front part of a main body 1 formed in the shape of shoe in a size matched to the entire sole is provided with a first electrode body 2 and a second electrode body 3 abutting on the sole during wearing, the main body is provided with a belt body 4 for integrating the main body and the foot while abutting on the instep during wearing, and either this belt body or main body is equipped with a power source 5. Then, either the belt body or main body is equipped with an operating means 6 for operating the power supply state of the power source and at the same time, a circuit 7 where the first electrode body, the second electrode body, the power source and the operating means are connected, is arranged.
