PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable flame spraying execution high in quality and productivity by optimizing a flame spraying execution condition by utilizing a network. SOLUTION: The flame spraying execution system is equipped with input means 1-3 for respectively inputting the specifications of a film, the shape of an article to be processed and the moving locus of a flame spray gun, a data base 4 for accumulating the preliminarily obtained pattern of the film at the time of flame spraying, a flame spraying film estimation means 5 for estimating the thickness of a flame spray film from the specifications of the film, the shape of the article to be processed and the moving locus of the flame spray gun inputted from the input means 1-3 and a film thickness distribution control means 6 for forming an execution condition and robot control data from the film thickness distribution estimated by the flame spraying film estimation means 5. The execution condition and the robot control data formed by the film thickness distribution control means 6 are transmitted to at least one flame spraying execution apparatus 8 through a data network 9.
