PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression tool with an easy handling capable of tightening workpieces having a plurality of sizes accompanying with no exchange of a workpiece retaining member. SOLUTION: The compression tool is provided with a body having a pair of holders for clamping a workpiece: a lever turnably journaled to the body; and a motion direction converting part for converting a turning motion of the lever to a linear motion of one holder. The holder has a pair of holder pieces having a guide surface butting to an outer periphery of the workpiece and a curved surface hold the workpiece and bonded to each other so as to cross at a midway part. The holder is attached to the body in the state that the crossing angle is adjustable by a contact with the workpiece.
