PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a composite component in a machine tool easily by an adequate phase so as to smoothly perform machining of the composite component. SOLUTION: This system performs work of a composite component 50 consisting of two components 51 and 52 connected by a bearing and rotatable with each other. The system comprises a machine tool 1, a component stocker 2, a component conveying means 3, and a phase matching means 4. The phase matching means 4, provided in a conveying route of the component conveying means 3, makes the respective two components 51, 52 match with a rotational phase suited for carrying in to the machine tool 1. The phase matching means 4 is constituted by a first phase matching device 4A matching a phase of one component 51 and a second phase matching device 4B matching a phase of the other component 52.
