PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for producing electrolytic water which can feed reference water in a flow cell in a short time by using a little amount of reference water, measure a reference level and be used for a correction. SOLUTION: The electrolytic water is sampled from each electrolytic water output port of the electrolytic bath 11, received by a first water tank 61, and sent to a second water tank 67 by squeegee pumps 73 and 74. The electrolytic water is mixed and agitated, and sucked by a suction tube 68a, and sent to the flow cell 31 of a measuring part 30 via a squeegee pump 75 and measured. When correcting, a three-way changing valve 85c is used to send the controll water 81b stored in a soft water tank 81a to the flow cell 31 by the squeegee pump 75 via the suction tube 68a, and a controll value is measured to make the correction.
