PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the rate of hitting targets without making players feel unpleasant. SOLUTION: The medal game machine is provided with a medal chute 20 which allows the players to determine the direction of throwing medals within a specified range by their wills, a rolling surface 41 which has one end thereof below the tip of the medal chute 20 while being extended to the other end side thereof to make the medals roll toward the other end side from one end side thereof and chucks 44 which are provided near the other end side of the rolling surface 41 and cause the medals to drop down and a specified number of medals is putted out to the players depending on the types of roles determined by the type of and/or the pattern of the number of the ckucks 44 that are worked to make the medals drop down. An uneven shape which has specified figures regularly repeated to vary the direction of the rolling medals is formed in a specified section toward the other end side of the medal chute 20 from near the lower area of the tip thereof on the rolling surface while the rolling surface is made of a transparent material. Moreover, a lighting device is provided having at least more than one light sources different in color.
