PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pressure massage instrument for taking stiffness out of a muscle, improving blood circulation to raise body temperature, improving the flow of lymph to eliminate the dropsy of a leg and correcting the strain of a bandy leg or the pelvis to obtain a healthy and slim leg. SOLUTION: Air injection ports 13 are provided to air boots 2 formed into a boots shape (or air belts 20 formed into a strip-like shape) mounted on legs by a hermetically closed bag material expanded by injecting air and an air pump 22 alternately supplying and extracting air is connected to the air injection port 13 through a hose 14 to massage the legs to which the air boots 2 are attached by pressurizing or depressurizing air.
