PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve actual circumstances such that body hair is not restricted to the hair and many persons are troubled with fallen hair or hairlessness in respective regions of the body and a person is troubled with the hair secretly because the hair is not a place exposed before others. SOLUTION: Effective components extracted from a balsam, a ginkgo, a Japanese green gentian, a black sesame seed, a striped bamboo, an aloe and a great trumpet are added to a hair tonic independently or in a combination of one or more effective components. This hair tonic is applied to the surface of the skin at the desired region of the human body and penetrated into the cuticle, the true skin and subcutaneous tissue by light massage to stimulate and activate the hair follicle of body hair. Further, vitamin K1, ocean deep water or natural mineral components are added independently or a combination of them and, in addition, the skin is stroked or struck by light massage or the effective spot of the skin is pressed.
