PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently yield massaging effects at neck parts with a massaging ball, make the tension of a net freely adjustable by users lying on it and moreover, enable use thereof as bed as it is after the end of massaging. SOLUTION: The massaging machine comprises the net 3 spread horizontally on the top surface of the body 1 of a bed, a tension adjusting means 4 for adjusting the tension of the net 3 and the massaging machine body 8 with the massaging ball 8A, provided at a lower part of the net 3. The net 3 has an area enough to let a person lie thereon and an opening part 3A is formed at a net portion from the rear head part to the neck part of the lying person and is closed with a loosened cloth 7. The body 8 of the massaging machine can be lifted while being movable in the longitudinal direction of the net 3 through the opening part 3A.
