PURPOSE: A system and method for managing a delivery using a mobile phone is provided to search a freight car easily, to transmit/receive empty carriage information and contract a freight transport between a driver and a manager of a transport company easily, and load up information of a freight exactly and rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A call server(4) connects a driver using a mobile phone(2) and then the driver inputs empty carriage information data. The first database(10) stores and manages driver information data including a mobile phone number registered in a call center(1) and empty carriage information data of each freight car. A driver checking unit(14) checks a mobile phone number of a driver connected to the call server(4) using the mobile phone(2), search the first database(10), and check a corresponding driver. A search unit(18) searches the first database(10) and outputs information data of a driver. A freight data transmitting unit(20) transmits freight data to the mobile phone(2).
