PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal for privacy is provided to omit a receiving alarm for an unwanted caller, and to disguise as if a receiver is unable to receive a call, thereby avoiding the call with a roundabout method without caring for the receiving alarm. CONSTITUTION: A controller(10) sets an alarm omit mode for a CID(Caller ID), or automatically stores the CID in a memory(12), sets an alarm omit mode for the stored CID, cancels a channel tuning with a base station, and does not perform a receiving alarm. The memory stores mode information of the CID, and a program for receiving alarm omission and disguise OUT. A key input unit(14) has number keys and setup keys, and generates key data to output the data to the controller(10). An RF processor(16) delivers a transmission signal to the base station, and processes a signal including the CID from the base station. An audio unit(18) modulates a voice signal to a wireless signal to output the signal to the RF processor(16), and demodulates a wireless signal to deliver the signal to a speaker as a voice signal. A display(20) displays an operation state of a terminal, receiving data, a function setup state, and the receiving alarm.
