PURPOSE: A multilingual interpreting system for a personal mobile terminal is provided to transmit an exact intention to other person by making an image file and a voice file having the same situation according to languages, endowing a matching number, storing the files in the personal mobile terminal, and outputting the image file and the voice file in a desired language. CONSTITUTION: A personal mobile terminal(100) has a central control device(110), an input device(120), and output devices(140,150). An image file database(200) stores each sentence translated identically by an individual language as an image file and outputs the image file by a matched number. A voice file database(300) outputs a voice file stored in the personal mobile terminal(100) by a matched number. A two-way response interlocking information database(400) includes two-way response interlocking information data for automatically outputting proper answer image files interlocked with a question image file or automatically outputting a response image file interlocked with an answer image file. A web module(500) downloads and uses the above databases of a specific language through the Internet in any place of the whole world.
