PURPOSE: A rolling roll bending apparatus capable of measuring bending volume is provided to improve accuracy of rolling operation by bending rolling rolls in advance before a material to be rolled is rolled by the rolling rolls, thereby measuring bending volume of the rolling rolls. CONSTITUTION: The rolling roll bending apparatus capable of measuring bending volume comprises a moving means for moving rolling rolls together with roll chocks into the body of the apparatus; an apparatus body(80) in which support means for supporting the roll chocks of the rolling rolls injected, bending means(50) bending the rolls by pressing the surface of the rolls, bending volume measuring means(60) that are installed at the opposite side of the bending means(50) to measure bending volume of the rolls, and heating means(70) that are installed to heat the rolling rolls during bending of the rolling rolls are installed; and a driving means that is installed to drive the rolling rolls to the other side of the moving means of the apparatus body(80), wherein the rolling rolls are consisted of upper and lower rolling rolls(10a,10b) connected to upper and lower roll chocks(12a,12b) on which catching projections(14a,14b) are formed oppositely to each other, and the apparatus body(80) is integrally formed in a rectangular box shape comprising a pair of inner spaces(82a,82b) into which the upper and lower roll chocks(12a,12b) are separately injected, and openings for injecting and driving of the rolling rolls, each of the openings are integrally formed at left and right sides of the respective spaces.
