PURPOSE: A structure of a waveguide is provided to prevent the decrease of a signal transmission rate by using a reactive cavity to compensate impedance. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical cavity(30) having a cylindrical hollow space is formed on a lateral contacted to a coaxial line(20). A square cavity(32) is formed on a side of the cylindrical cavity(30) and has a hollowed-inside. A cylinder-type connector(24) is installed on the insides of the cylindrical cavity(30) and the square cavity(32), perform a signal transmission function between a waveguide(22) and the coaxial line(20), compensates parasitic reactance to increase a signal transmission rate. The waveguide(22) is used to a signal transmission and forms an H-shaped cavity thereon. The coaxial line(20) is installed so as to be connected to a lateral of the waveguide(22). A dielectric is inserted between an inside conductor and an outside conductor to form the coaxial line(20).
