PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the improvement of efficiency of drain pan cleaning work remarkably as well as the maintenance of the same simply. SOLUTION: An air conditioner is provided with a ceiling buried type air conditioner main body, a decorative panel, attached to a ceiling and having a suction port for sucking indoor air as well as an outlet port for re-circulating the air into a room, a heat exchanger for effecting heat exchange between the indoor air, a drain pan 3 for receiving condensed water adhered to the heat exchanger, a pump for draining the condensed water, and a liquid pouring port 6, provided on the drain pan 3 and communicating the inside of the room with the water receiving surface of the drain pan 3 so as to permit the pouring of washing liquid or the like from the lower surface side of the main body. The liquid pouring port 6 is positioned in the drain pan 3 at a height higher than the bottom surface of the drain pan by a predetermined amount. |
