PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder by which the operation of a part of which the execution of succeeding processings is not directly hindered by an error is continued when the error occurs in the recorder. SOLUTION: The recorder is provided with an error detecting means for detecting the recorder error, a first storage means for storing a first piece of information which indicates whether a recording sheet of paper which is being recorded by a recording means exists or not and a second storage means with a ring buffer structure for storing a second piece of information which indicates the rear end position of the recording sheet of paper while making the information correspond to each carried recording sheet of paper. When the error occurs in the recorder, the processings are continued concerning the recording sheet of paper of which the execution of the succeeding processings is not hindered by the error. |
