PURPOSE: To provide a member holding a number of contact pins which can be easily manufactured without the need of advanced mold manufacturing technique and injection molding technique. CONSTITUTION: The socket is held by a contact holder junction body with a plurality of contacts arrayed in matrix. The contact holder junction body of a laminated structure of contact holders holding a row portion of contacts, the thickness of the contact holder is equal to the pitch of the adjacent contact.
