PURPOSE: A panel package assembly for cathode ray tube is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and contaminants by forming a pallet, a pad, and a cover with ABS resin. CONSTITUTION: A panel package assembly for cathode ray tube includes a pallet(20), a pad(40), and a cover(60). The pallet includes a plane bottom portion(22) having a horizontal reinforcement rib, the first flange(24), and a plurality of legs(28). The pad includes a bottom portion having plural block portions(42), four sidewall portions(44), a plurality of vertical reinforcement ribs(46), the second flange(48), and a rim(50). The pad is stacked on an upper portion of the pallet. The cover includes a plane portion(62) having a reinforcement portion, a skirt(64), a slot(68) formed between the plane portion and the skirt portion, and an insertion groove formed between the skirt portion and the slot.
