PURPOSE: A method for supplying a reverse auction service of a loan on real estate security through the Internet is provided to make a loan on security executed easily between a financial institution and a user by increasing a reliability of a security suggested by the user through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A service system for processing information is constructed, a database is linked with the service system, a communication system capable of connecting the service system to the Internet is constructed, and web pages including service information being supplied in the service system are loaded in the Internet(S10). A registration and an authentication are requested to a user who is connected through the service system and makes the user input security information(S20). The security information is checked and estimated(S30). The user information, the security information, the estimated information are loaded on the Internet through a web site of the service system(S40). A financial institution transmits proper loan on security commodity information by taking a corresponding security to the service system and the loan on security commodity information is loaded in the Internet or supplied for the user(S50). The user selects one loan on security commodity information and transmits the information to the service system, and the service system executes a loan on security intermediation between the user and the financial institution(S60).
