PURPOSE: A method for inputting and outputting living information of an Internet and mobile communication user and a system thereof are provided to obtain living information contents, a picture, moving picture of the living information with information frames and to recognize the living information in advance by constructing the information frames on an information space. CONSTITUTION: A user joins as a member by inputting personal information(501). A manager server stores the personal information and endows a utilization right capable of selecting and using an information frame on an Internet living information space(502). The user selects an information frame and inputs text, a photograph, and a moving picture related to the living information(503). If the photograph or the moving picture adapted to the text does not exist, the user requests a supply of a photograph or a moving picture to the server(504). The server visits and photographs desired photograph or moving picture by off-line(505), and stores the photographed photograph or moving picture in an Internet space information storing server(506).
