PURPOSE: A transmission signal device of a mobile communication base station is provided to implement an analog automatic gain control circuit for transmission power control of the mobile communication base station as a digital circuit, thereby reducing time and efforts for tuning. CONSTITUTION: A baseband signal processor(20) processes to transmit a modulated signal. A frequency up converter(25) up-controls a frequency of a signal outputted from the baseband signal processor(20), and outputs the controlled signal. A high power amplifier(26) amplifies an output of the frequency up converter(25) with a predetermined method, and outputs the amplified output. A front end filter(27) filters an output signal of the high power amplifier(26), and outputs the filtered signal to a transmission antenna.
