PURPOSE: A device for stabilizing a multi frame pulse of a transmission system is provided to supply many multi frame pulse signals and clock signals through many signal lines, and to compare the signals according to priorities, thereby supplying optimum multi frame pulse signals. CONSTITUTION: A mother board(1) comprises as follows. A reference signal generation unit(3) generates MFP(Multi Frame Pulse) signals and clock signals to output the signals. A switching multiplexer unit(4) multiplexes the MFP signals and the clock signals, and transmits the multiplexed signals to a processing mother board(2). The processing mother board(2) comprises as follows. Switching demultiplexer units(6A,6B) demultiplex the MFP signals and the clock signals, and output optimum MFP signals and clock signals according to priorities. An I/O board(7) makes the optimum MFP signals and the clock signals as reference signals, and performs a routing to a destination.
