AUTOMATED TRANSFER SYSTEM FOR HALF-FINISHED TREADS

PURPOSE: Provided is an automated transfer system for half-finished treads which automatically supplies half-finished treads extruded from an extruding machine for a molding machine so that it contributes to raise product quality. CONSTITUTION: The automated transfer system for the half-finished treads comprises the parts of: a take-away conveyer(20) which receives the half-finished treads; a shrinkage(30) which shrinks the half-finished treads and adjusts the width of the half-finished treads; a transfer speed adjuster(40); a cooling table(50) which cools the surface of the half-finished treads passed through the adjuster for transfer speed; a drier(60) which dries the surface of the half-finished treads; a festoon(70) which is connected to the drier with including an ultrasonic sensor(73); a cutter(80) which cuts the half-finished treads in a certain size; and a collection part(90) which loads the cut half-finished treads.
