摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of wheel balance weight using powder metallurgy is provided to integrate the weight with clamp by forming a weight on which an inserting hole is formed by powder metallurgy and inserting the clamp having a coupling hole into the inserting hole of the weight so that the weight is pressed. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing a wheel balance weight for automobile that is formed by integrating clamp(2) onto the upper center of the weight(1), the manufacturing method of the wheel balance weight using powder metallurgy comprises first process of manufacturing a weight(1) on the center of which an inserting hole(3) having certain width and length is formed by powder metallurgy; second process of an inserting part(6) of the clamp(2) into the inserting hole(3) of the weight(1); and third process of integrating the weight(1) with the clamp(2) by pressing the weight(1) at both sides of the inserting part(6) inserted into the inserting hole(3) of the weight(1), wherein the clamp(2) comprises one or more coupling holes(4) formed at the center of the inserting part(6), and cutting grooves formed at both sides of the coupling holes(4).
