PURPOSE: To efficiently perform measurement to a device having a small number of ports by a multi-port network analyzer. CONSTITUTION: The network analyzer comprises a single signal source O, a signal distribution means PS for distributing a signal from the signal source into a plurality of portions for supply, output ports 1-4 for connecting each of a plurality of ports at a plurality of measurement targets X1 and X2, signal path-switching means S1-S4 for switching between a state where a signal that is distributed by a signal distribution means is inputted and the inputted signal is selected and supplied to one corresponding output port among output ports and a state where a characteristic signal obtained from the measurement targets via the output port is transmitted to terminators T1-T4, and reception means D1-D4 that are inclined between the signal path-switching means and the output port to receive a characteristic signal obtained from the measurement target.
