PROTECTION FENCE APPARATUS FOR BRIDGE MADE OF STEEL AND SYNTHETIC RESIN AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a protection fence apparatus useable in bridge and made of steel and synthetic resin and a process for manufacturing the fence apparatus to solve corrosion problem, to improve weather-proof ability and to increase impact-absorbing property. CONSTITUTION: The fence apparatus comprises a prop(1), a crossbeam part(2) and a fixture part(3) and is produced by covering polyurethane material over a H shaped structural steel material and executing surface-treatment for the covered material. The steel material has bored holes for introducing the polyurethane material then covering the polyurethane over surface of the steel material in a thickness range of 3-5mm. A connection part between the prop(1) and the crossbeam(2) is combined with an elastic pad(7) and a spring(8) for relieving shock when a car runs into the fence.
