PURPOSE: A handsfree having a touch panel is provided to easily see information of a cellular phone during driving, and input a command in the cellular phone by adding a large-sized touch screen. CONSTITUTION: An LCD unit(120) displays information of a cellular phone(400) to a user. A touch panel unit(110) is transparently attached to an upper surface of the LCD unit(120) for receiving a command from the user. An LCD control unit(140) controls the LCD unit(120). A touch panel control unit(130) receives an output signal of the touch panel unit(110). A central processing control unit(160) controls the LCD control unit(140) and the touch panel control unit(130). A central memory unit(170) stores programs and data necessary for the operation of the central processing control unit(160). A voice signal input and output unit(150) receives a voice signal of the user through a microphone(200), and transmits the received voice signal of the user to the central processing control unit(160). The voice signal input and output unit(150) receives an output signal of the central processing control unit(160) and transmits the received signal to a speaker(300). An input and output control unit(180) is operated so that the central processing control unit(160) transmits and receives data with the cellular phone(400).
