PURPOSE: A portable device is provided to install an external battery on an external surface of a case to be capable of mount and dismount. CONSTITUTION: A moving member(85) is moved to internal and external sides of an installation surface, and has a locking asperity(89) for locking and unlocking a battery. A moving unit(81) is installed at one side of a case(61) for inserting and ejecting the locking asperity(89). The moving unit(81) has a sliding knob(82) slidingly installed at one side of the case(61) for interrupting the moving unit(81) in movement and inserting the locking asperity(89) into an internal portion of the case(61). The moving unit(81) has a pressure member(84) for elastically pressing the moving member(85) in a direction in which the locking asperity(89) is exposed at an external side of the case(61).
