PURPOSE: A process for blasting base rock using an air bag buried inside a charging layer is provided to increase length to be blasted, evenly distribute explosive power to surrounding rocks and into an air layer of the air bag, and to reduce vibration and explosive sound. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises stages of puncturing bores in determined depth and arrangement on the base rock; introducing into the bores at least one air bag having air layer with a diameter less than the bore, as well as initial explosive(12) and percussion snap(13) and enclosing the air bag with the explosive to lay the bags inside the charging layer in order and to form a charging ball(11); sealing the ball(11) by applying sealant(18) to the top side of the explosive contained the ball; and blowing up the explosive within the ball(11) by initiating the percussion snap(13).
