PURPOSE: Provided is a magnet belt which aligns magnets at regular intervals in a zig-zag form to use magnetic field in one direction without scattering so that it maximizes the efficiency of magnetism. CONSTITUTION: The magnet belt comprises the parts of: a connection part which is made of cloth and plastics surrounded around a body above the ankle including head, neck, and arm; the magnets which are formed at regular intervals in the internal side of the connection part to fix plural bands in a zig-zag form; a lace part which gives softness and convenience at the upper and the lower part of the connection part when touching to the body; and an adhesion part which is placed at both edges of the connection part and adhered to or released from the body.
