发明名称 POLYESTER CONJUGATE YARN AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A method of preparing the titled yarn by spinning modified polyethylene terephthalate and polytrimethylene terephthalate and then drawing is provided. Whereby, the product is excellent stretchability relative to conventional potentially crimpable conjugate fiber and thus can be used as a yarn for woven, knit fabric, cushion material, etc. CONSTITUTION: Polyethylene terephthalate having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.90 to 0.95 and modified polytrimethylene terephthalate having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.60 to 0.65, which have a difference in intrinsic viscosity of 0.28 to 0.30, are composite-spun at a speed of 1,200 to 3,200m/min, drawn and heat-set. Thus obtained polyester-based conjugate fiber has a curliness of 40% or more, a maximum shrinkage stress temperature of 100deg.C or more and a maximum shrinkage stress of 0.25 to 0.70g/denier.
