PURPOSE: A method for culturing photosynthetic bacteria is provided, thereby the photosynthetic bacteria can be easily cultured by an end user. CONSTITUTION: The method for culturing photosynthetic bacteria comprises the steps of: inoculating photosynthetic bacteria into a medium in a culturing vessel and removing air from the culturing vessel; inserting the culturing vessel into a culturing device and culturing the photosynthetic bacteria under conditions of the temperature of 10 to 40deg. C and light of 1000 to 5000 lux; and removing photosynthetic bacteria grown on the surface of the culturing vessel by hitting or reversing the vessel during the cultivation, wherein the culturing vessel is made of one material selected from PE, PET, nylon, HD, EVA, PP or plastics; the culturing device consists of a light-supplying apparatus and a power-supplying apparatus; the light-supplying apparatus is tungsten lamp, three-wavelength lamp, halogen lamp or natural light; and the power-supplying apparatus is hot-wire, hot-plate or a circular temperature-controlling apparatus.
