At least one of the delivery openings (7) is formed through the outlet of an atomizer nozzle (48). At least one delivery opening can release and direct the medium outwards from the unit (1) into the atmosphere. Preferably at least two delivery openings are similarly orientated lying directly next to each other, and form separate atomizer nozzles, swirlers (50), inner bodies (41) and/or delivery channels (37).
