PURPOSE: A method for preparing broiled ribs cuisine(kalbi) using granular seasoning for kalbi is provided. Therefore, the granular seasoning permits a user to prepare tasty boiled ribs easily. CONSTITUTION: Beef ribs with a length of 7 to 8mm are marinated in a seasoning solution containing 20.0 to 30.0% by weight of granular seasoning for kalbi, 60.0 to 75.0% by weight of potable water, 0.5 to 5.0% by weight of sesame oil and 0.5 to 5.0% by weight of refined rice wine for 12hr. The granular seasoning is prepared by mixing 20.0 to 40.0% by weight of sugar, 1.0 to 7.0% by weight of MSG, 0.10 to 1.0% by weight of black pepper powder, 0.50 to 5.0% by weight of sesame seeds, 2.5 to 10.0% by weight of refined salt, 2.0 to 9.0% by weight of a yeast extract, 0.1 to 3.5% by weight of onion powder, 3.5 to 8.5% by weight of garlic powder, 0.5 to 2.5% by weight of spring onion powder, 20.0 to 40.0% by weight of anhydrous glucose and 1.0 to 6.0% by weight of dextrin and then granulated. |
