PURPOSE: A waste water heat collector using heat exchange method of waste water heat is provided to efficiently collect waste water heat. CONSTITUTION: Pure water leading pipes(300-1,300-2,300-3,300-4,300-5) with drops are laid at multi stages in a main body(20) to form waste water paths(400-1,400-2,400-3,400-4,400-5,400-6) therebetween. Partitions(30,40) and pure water guiding and leading pipes(100,200) are formed on both sides of the pure water leading pipes so that waste water with heat circulates down and pure water circulates up by co-current, counter-current and head drop to exchange heat with each other so as to heat the pure water.
