PURPOSE: A beverage supply valve is provided to prevent accidents cause due to the sudden discharge of hot water, while achieving improved heat insulation effects. CONSTITUTION: A beverage supply valve comprises a first shaft(106) having a stopper protrusion which opens/closes a beverage outlet port(104) in accordance with the operation of a beverage discharge lever(300) coupled to a valve body(100); a first elastic spring(110) for elastically restoring the first shaft; and a safety discharge operation unit(400) for permitting discharge of beverage only when the safety discharge opening unit is interlocked with the beverage discharge lever. The safety discharge operation unit includes a second shaft(404) extended in a direction perpendicular to the first shaft; a safety lever exposed at the front surface of the valve body, which presses the second shaft; a second elastic spring(406) for restoring the second shaft; a beverage path open/shut member(410) coupled to the second shaft; and a fixed guide member(408) for guiding the rear end of the second shaft.
