PURPOSE: A system for supplying a right to use Internet digital contents through a code grant and a method thereof are provided to use corresponding contents by checking an endowed code through a wire/wireless Internet in the case that the corresponding contents are paid off. CONSTITUTION: A gateway(12) receives a connection through a network from a user terminal(11) and executes a service connection. A code creation server(13) creates a code necessary for using digital contents for a user and supplies the code. A user database(14) stores and manages general information of the user who uses the service and contents with respect to each purchase action. A contents database(15) stores and manages digital contents and a meta file and supplies the digital contents and the meta file, if necessary. The gateway(12) is linked with the user database(14) and executes a registration management and an authentication of the user terminal(11) to be connected to the service.
