PURPOSE: A form for drainage pipe such as sewage, draining water, rainwater pipes useable in cement mortar filling process is provided to actively conduct curing of high rigidity and strength cement mortar by efficiently cooling product of the process. CONSTITUTION: The form comprises inner side wall(31); outer side wall(29) bent at intervals to form the outer face in the bent portion(37) and cut portion(38) by means of fusion-formation at a point(40) with waved area(39); an inlet(42) and a cooling pipe(41) inserted into the filling space. Instead of the cooling pipe(41), another pipe made of synthetic resin having flexible unevenness may be useable. The cooling pipe(41) inserted into the inlet(42) is jointed to a cooling water supplying device. In the filling space between the inner and the outer side walls(31,29), the cement mortar is introduced.
