PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of silicone fusion sheet which uses solid hot melt to produce the silicone fusion sheet in roll coating method in forming a hot melt layer on released paper so that it enables to produce the silicone fusion sheet massively. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the silicone fusion sheet comprises the steps of: (i) mixing polyester, polyurethane, polyamide, EVA and nylon on polyester film, dissolving the mixture in xylene, cyclohexanone, MEK and compound thereof and coating the mixture to produce a hot melt sheet; and (ii) mixing liquid silicone composition in a vacuum state, in which 75-80wt% of liquid silicone rubber, 5-10wt% of decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, 3-5wt% of phosphorous silane compound, 1-2wt% of phenyl silicone oil, 10wt% of pigment, 0.7wt% of wetting agent, 1-2wt% of branch vinyl silicone polymer and 0.2-0.3wt% of platinum catalyst are mixed and coating by roll as wanted thickness.
