LONICERA JAPONICA TEA POWDER AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of producing Lonicera japonica tea powders by mixing Lonicerae japonica, Canavalia gladiata DC. and Platycodi Radix in a specified ratio and then grinding. Therefore, the product has an optimum color and taste as health supplementary tea. CONSTITUTION: About 30 to 40% by weight of Lonicera japonica is mixed with 25 to 30% by weight of Canavalia gladiata DC. 5 to 30% by weight of Houttuynia cordata and 10 to 15% by weight of Platycodi Radix. The mixture is washed, dried and then pulverized. Puerariae Radix and Saururus chinensis are additionally added to the mixture.
