APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING SURFACE OF ROTATION ROLL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing surface of rotation roll is provided which grinds the rotation roll uniformly as it is coming into contact with the surface of the rotation roll at certain pressure and speed so as to improve quality of products and prevent safety accidents in advance. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for processing surface of rotation roll comprises a base part that is fixed to a roll chock so that a bar(13) is rotated according to operation of a driving motor(15); a guide part that is connected to the bar of the base part through a guider, wherein a connection member to which a guide rod of the base part is connected is adhered to the rear part of the guider; upper and lower main body parts connected to the guide part to be vertically moved; left and right main body parts connected to the lower part of a fixture of the upper and lower main body parts; a rotation roll grinding part that comes into contact with the surface of the rotation roll by being connected to the lower part of a main body side plate of the left and right main body parts; and a main body lower plate support part that is installed on the lower part of a main body lower plate(41) of the upper and lower main body parts so that a support main body is received into a fixed main body(90) according to descent of cylinder(80).
