PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic processing system for fishes which cuts and washes the fishes and preserves them with salt automatically so that it helps to increase the processing speed of the fishes. CONSTITUTION: The automatic processing system for the fishes comprises the parts of: a water bath(3) which includes a water supply hole(5) and a water release hole(7) with storing water; a conveyer for the fishes(10) which is placed inside the water bath to circulate the fishes to be processed along a certain route and pass through underwater; a processing part for the fishes(16) which is placed at the upper part of the water bath to cut the abdomen of the fishes and pick entrails out during the passage of the conveyer; a transfer part(143) which operates the processing part for the fishes and the conveyer for the fishes; a guide rail(12) which guides the circulation movement of the conveyer for the fishes; and a salt-adding part(9) which adds salt to the fishes on the surface of water after passing through the processing part for the fishes and underground in a processed state.
