PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for changing the scraper blade direction of a discharging car in settling pond, which can the scraper blade direction by water resistance arisen by driving direction of scraper without using any additional device such as motor or wire rope, so that it can diminish operation and maintenance load and save power consumption. CONSTITUTION: In the equipment transferring powder cokes to a sediment trap(16) by moving a discharge car (C) along a transfer rail and by a scraper(21) connected to a fixing member, the apparatus comprises an angle change part connected to an angle fixing member(29) for changing angle of the scraper according to loaded or unloaded driving of the scraper; a rail cleaning part connected to fixing beams for cleaning sediments accumulated on a driving rail of the scraper(21). The angle change part is composed of a connection member, a driving rod connected to the connection member at one end thereof and having a washer and adjust nuts connected to the other end thereof, a spring and a spring holder set around the driving rod, a clearance adjustment member into which the driving rod penetrates, and a rod supporting device. The rail cleaning part is composed of a set of supporters fixed by 30 degrees angle to ease water flow through the driving rail, a water bucket(50) and a nozzle.
