PRESSING DIES FOR FABRICATING WAVEFORM STEEL PLATE

PURPOSE: Pressing dies for pressing a steel plate so that waveform of front and back sides of the waveform steel plate is equal, and outline of inflection point of the waveform is clearly shown in fabricating a waveform steel plate are provided. CONSTITUTION: In a pair of pressing dies(111,112) used in press processing in which a continuous convex band(132) is formed on one side of the steel plate while a continuous concave band(131) is formed on the other side of the steel plate by pressing a steel plate, the pressing dies are characterized in that an outline corresponding to the shape of the continuous convex band to be formed on one side of the steel plate is formed on the pressing surface of first die, an outline corresponding to a shape of the concave in the vicinity of inflection point of the continuous concave band to be formed on the other side of the steel plate is formed on the pressing surface of second die, and a convex outline having a longer radius of curvature (RL) than radius of curvature (RH) of the concave band is formed at a position corresponding to an intermediate part between inflection points(123,124) of the continuous concave band to be formed on the other side of the steel plate on the pressing surface of the second die.
