PURPOSE: A fingerprint recognition locking device, an entrance and exit controlling system using the same, and a controlling method thereof are provided to prevent a loss of an entrance and exit unit, prevent a copy of the entrance and exit unit, mount a main controller in an inner casing, mount a fingerprint recognizing unit outer casing including a fingerprint recognizing control unit at an exterior, mount a plurality of fingerprint recognizing units and door lock controllers capable of executing an Internet data communication through a host PC, prevent a copy of fingerprint of a user, and expand a plurality of readers to one controller. CONSTITUTION: A fingerprint recognizing window(70) scans a fingerprint of an entered person. A fingerprint recognizing control unit(210) detects and recognizes a specific vector of a ridge and protuberance unit of one side out of a scanned fingerprint. The fingerprint recognizing window(70), the fingerprint recognizing control unit(210), and a wiring connection unit(170) are mounted in an outer casing of an entrance and exit wall surface of an external room. A door lock opens and shuts an entrance and exit by a control of the fingerprint recognizing control unit(210). The first display unit(140) displays an internal state and an entrance and exit control state. The door lock, the first display unit(140), and a main control unit(100) including a power source unit(130), a central processing unit, a memory unit, an input/output unit, and a communication unit are mounted in an inner casing of an entrance and exit wall surface of an internal room.
