PURPOSE: A new cyclosporin precursor capable of increasing bioavailability by chemically binding of a water soluble carrier to cyclosporin and a process for producing the same are provided. Therefore, the conjugated compound can obtain the same effect as conventional products even when administered in a small amount. CONSTITUTION: Cyclosporin(CsA) is reacted with a compound of formula(VI) having a carbonyl group to produce a compound of a formula(VII), which is reacted with a compound of a formula(VIII), a formula(IX) or a formula(X) as polyethylene glycol derivatives to produce the titled compound of formula(I).
